1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from that Bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that world777 requires Players to complete before processing withdrawals or upon request.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to online gaming or sports betting platforms is unlawful under applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the world777 platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any casino game, or otherwise using any feature of the world777 service, you confirm that:

These Terms & Conditions take effect from the moment you first access the world777 platform and remain in effect for the duration of your account's existence, including after account closure for matters that arose during the active period.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the world777 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. world777 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any real-money game or bet.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity) acting in your own personal capacity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of world777 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or service partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the world777 platform or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

world777 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time and may suspend account access or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may also be required.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold one (1) account only on the world777 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify world777 promptly of any changes.

world777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing access to the Platform.

You must not register using fictitious identities, identity documents belonging to another person, or automated registration tools. Accounts registered in violation of this clause will be voided and any associated funds forfeited.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your world777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. world777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify world777 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. world777 may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.

world777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. All transactions and bets placed from your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to world777 prior to those transactions being processed.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

world777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. Currently accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees.

world777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the same account holder. world777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used on the account.

Deposits must not be made from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on world777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market, game, or product type. General rules that apply across all betting and gaming activity on world777 include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. world777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• world777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including where a technical fault caused incorrect odds to be displayed. In such cases, voided bets will be refunded to the Player's account balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of world777's adjudication team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games on world777 use certified, independently audited random number generation systems. The outcomes of these games are not influenced by world777 or any third party.
• Live casino outcomes are determined by real physical events conducted by live dealers and are not subject to manipulation by world777.
• world777 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum stake limits on any market or game at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated at the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement. Late price fluctuations do not affect confirmed bets.

Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game or betting market before participating. Lack of familiarity with rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

world777 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to these general bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's account in bonus funds, which are separate from real-money funds until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each promotion specifies eligible games and/or betting markets. Wagering on ineligible games does not contribute to the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture at world777's discretion.
• world777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a Player. Once claimed and credited, the bonus remains subject to its wagering requirements.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies intended to lock in a guaranteed profit, will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• world777 reserves the right to amend bonus terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods, with notice provided on the Platform.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the world777 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the world777 platform, whether directly or through a proxy, family member, or associated individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or any software-assisted method to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities on the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the world777 platform, including making deposits with the intent to withdraw without genuine gaming activity.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including operating as an agent for third parties or running an unlicensed bookmaking operation.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward world777 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

10 Suspension & Termination

world777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where world777 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player's account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• The Player is under the minimum age of 21 years.
• The Player has provided false identity or verification information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to world777.

Upon closure of an account for cause, world777 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any balance remaining in the account where such balance is reasonably believed to be connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity. In all other cases of account closure, genuine funds not subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their last-used deposit method following satisfactory completion of KYC.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting world777 support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests or unsettled bets at the time of the closure request.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the world777 platform — including but not limited to the world777 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of world777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the world777 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any world777 content without express written consent.
• Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works based on world777 content.

Any unauthorised use of world777 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits world777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. world777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Responsible Gaming
